Fine location, fine rooms, great service from a team eager to make your stay comfortable.
A bit expensive for what you get, wifi was often unreliable, the room service food isn’t great so order a delivery from elsewhere - plenty of good takeaways nearby.

Exceptional service overall and parking on site. New-fashioned and compact room with private bathroom and an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and tea and coffee making equipment. Fantastic and excellent location, very close to Xanadu Gallery.

The geographical location; the fruits at the breakfast; the cookies at the desk every afternoon; the upgrade of our reservation.
the newspaper every morning even if we explained twice that we did not want it; no diversity in the breakfast (same items every days of the week); complicated itinerary to reach our room at the 7th level

The convenient location to Union Square. The staff were exceptional and polite. Our room was located at the back of the hotel and was very quiet.
The complimentary wine tasting only lasted an hour! Unfortunately we missed it most days.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is older, but nice and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Nice touch with complimentary wine in the evening, and coffee in the morning. For the price we paid on Booked.net, I think we got an excellent deal!! I would stay there again!
Took a while to get our car out of parking. Parking is pretty expensive at 44 dollars a night. Saw a lot around the block that was only 26 a night. Would maybe park myself instead of valet next time.

The location is good - accessible to downtown locations.
The hotel is old and needs updating. It is classified as a 4 star hotel, however, I would not say that it is a 4 star hotel. The room was a dead zone for internet connection. The tv was old, not flat screen. The phone was also old and did not work properly. The concierge was not knowledgeable.

The hotel was attractive overall, the front desk staff were pleasant and the location was superb.
Didn't like the missing/peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. My teenage son didn't like the limited TV station selections.

The queen room provided a quiet and comfortable retreat with striking rock-chic decor and an inviting lounge area that featured cool seating and a fireplace. The staff exhibited really good service, especially during check-in when one employee maintained her composure amidst a chaotic line. The location was slightly distant from the attractions at Pier 39 and Fisherman's Wharf, which some may find inconvenient.
